Burgers with Cream Sauce

Ingredients: 2 burgers, 1 sweet onion, 100 ml cream, 200 ml stock, 75 grams grated cheese,
Number of persons: 2
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Bake 2 burgers on both sides brown. Remove from the pan and place the burgers in an ovenproof dish. Bake in the remaining fat 1 chopped sweet onion until soft. Add 100 ml cream and 200 ml stock. Bring to the boil and let the sauce thicken slightly. Turn off the heat and stir in 50 grams of grated cheese. Let the cheese melt. Pour the sauce into the ovenproof dish. Sprinkle the remaining grated cheese on the burgers. Place the ovenproof dish about 20 minutes in the preheated oven. Serve with a salad and baked potatoes.
